中共最近开始新一轮打击网路言论行动,8月7号发布所谓“微信十条”后,开始大批抓人。
据中共喉舌《新华网》8月9号报导,目前已经有85人因为网路言论被指造谣,而遭到刑事拘留、行政拘留或警告,还有16家网站被查。
大陆民众对这个消息议论纷纷。北京作家刘京生则向《自由亚洲电台》表示,大陆网民与中共官方的博弈时代已经到来。
8月7日,中共“国家网路信息办公室”发布的所谓“微信十条”,规定:非yabo88官网单位的公众号不得发布、转发时政yabo88官网﹔注册账号时须承诺遵守所谓社会主义制度等。
孔子学院官员偷窃和审查学术材料
在海外广受批评的中共“孔子学院”,最近再出丑闻,“欧洲中国研究协会”8月1号发表报告说,中共“孔子学院”官员,上个月在葡萄牙举行会议时,“偷窃和审查会议的学术材料”。
美国《华尔街日报》8月7号引述这份报告的内容报导说,引起风波的是中共“孔子学院”总部总干事、“国家汉语国际推广领导小组办公室”主任许琳。
据报导,许琳所在的机构出钱承办了这次会议,许琳认定,参加会议的一些教授的论文“有违中共的规定”,而会议议程表上出现的“蒋经国基金”的名字,也让她觉得不能接受,于是“下令立刻弄走会议场所的所有材料”。两天之后,她发还的材料,撕去了这些她不喜欢的内容。
报导说,“欧洲中国研究学会”主席、瑞典“隆德大学东方与东南亚研究中心”主任Roger Greatrex对许的行为大表不满,他下令重印被撕去的内容,并指出“如此干预一个独立而又民主的非盈利学术团体所办的国际性会议,是完全不能接受的。”
《华尔街日报》评论说,这样的行为,在全球120个国家的1100所“孔子学院”,经常出现。报导还特别引用中共政治局常委李长春的讲话说:“孔子学院”是中共海外宣传的一个重要部分。
《华尔街日报》建议设有“孔子学院”的美国大学的校长们,好好研读“欧洲中国研究协会”的这份报告,然后公开解释为什么“孔子学院”还需要存在。
“追查国际”曝光迫害高智晟责任者
大陆著名维权律师高智晟,虽然日前已经被释放出狱,但并没有获得真正自由,目前仍然被中共警方严密监控,不能与外界联络。
8月9号,总部设在纽约的“追查迫害法轮功国际组织”,公布了部分参与迫害高智晟律师的责任单位和责任人名单,并要求中共当局立即恢复高智晟律师人身自由。
“追查国际”希望知情者揭露更多的相关个人和单位,最终将这些侵犯人权者绳之以法。

Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Arrests Large Numbers
Under Ten Rules of WeChat
CCP recently started a new round of online speech
combat.
They start to arrest after release of so-called 10 rules of WeChat
on August 7.
According to CCP mouthpiece Xinhua News Agency’s
report of August 9, 85 people were detained or warned due to
spread of rumors online.
16 websites are under investigation.
Mainland people all talk about the news.
Beijing writer Liu Jingsheng told Radio Free Asia that the
mainland netizens and the CCP officials have started.
August 7, the so-called CCP ten rules of WeChat said,
political news can’t be reprinted or published by non press
organizations. You have to promise to comply with the
so-called socialist system.
Confucius Institute Officials Steal and Changed Academic Material
There is another scandal from widely criticized overseas CCP
Confucius Institute.
August 1, the European Association for Chinese Studies (EACS)
reported that the CCP Confucius Institute officials stole and
altered academic material from last month’s Conference
in Portugal.
August 7, US Wall Street Journal quoted the report,
the CCP Confucius Institute General Headquarters Director-General,
Chinese National Office for Teaching Chinese as a Foreign
Language director Xu Lin caused the problem.
It’s said the institution Xu Lin belongs to hosted this conference.
Xu Lin found that some attending professors’ papers infringe the
CCP rules; the name of Chiang Ching-kuo Fund cannot be accepted.
She immediately ordered all documents be taken from the conference.
Two days later, she returned the material after ripping out parts
she did not like.
The report says, the EASC Chairman, the director of East and
Southeast Asia Research Centre at Swedish Lunds University
Roger Greatrex was very disappointed at Xu.
He ordered to re-print the torn contents and pointed out it’s
totally unacceptable to intervene in an international conference
hosted by an independent and democratic non-profit academic
organization.”
Wall Street Journal commented that such behavior is very often
seen in 1100 Confucius Institutes in 120 countries.
The report also specifically cited the CCP Politburo Standing
Committee Li Changchun’s speech that Confucius Institute is
an important part of CCP overseas propaganda.
Wall Street Journal suggested US university presidents study
this report and explain publicly why the Confucius Institute
needs to exist.
Zhuichaguoji Exposed the Guilty For the Persecution of Gao
Zhisheng
Gao Zhisheng, renowned mainland human rights lawyer,
is still monitored by CCP police and cannot contact outside
although he was released a few days ago.
August 9, headquartered in New York, International Organization
to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong published a list
of units and people responsible for the persecution of Gao
Zhisheng and requested the Chinese authorities to immediately
restore Gao Zhisheng’ freedom.
Zhuichaguoji hope to expose more individuals and units to
bring these human rights’ violation people to justice.
