【新唐人2019年04月04日讯】美国总统川普连日来发出多则推文，批评奥巴马健保并没有给美国人带来福祉。他并表示，正在与团队成员筹划新一代健保，确保医保费低且更具实用性。
川普总统4月3日早间发推文说：新医保“将在（2020年）大选期间全面展现，要比奥巴马健保更好而且更便宜。”
I was never planning a vote prior to the 2020 Election on the wonderful HealthCare package that some very talented people are now developing for me & the Republican Party. It will be on full display during the Election as a much better & less expensive alternative to ObamaCare…

早在4月1日晚间，川普已发布一系列推文，表示愿意等到2020年总统大选后，再让国会对新的医保计划进行投票，让共和党议员有时间制定一份取代奥巴马医保的新医保提案。
他说：“大家都认为奥巴马医保不奏效。医保费和自付额太高，真的是很糟糕的医疗保健！”而今，“共和党人正在制定一个非常出色的医疗保健计划，其医保费和自付额都远低于奥巴马医保。”
“换句话说，它将比奥巴马医保便宜得多，且更实用。”川普说，“（新医保法案的）投票将会在（2020年）大选一结束就进行。届时，共和党人将会持续掌控参议院并赢回众议院。”
川普还指出，“它（新医保法案）将是真正棒的医保，将会解决美国的问题。共和党人也将始终支持投保前已患有疾病的病人。”与此同时，“美国正比以往任何时候都做得更好，并再次受到尊重！”

….are developing a really great HealthCare Plan with far lower premiums (cost) & deductibles than ObamaCare. In other words it will be far less expensive & much more usable than ObamaCare. Vote will be taken right after the Election when Republicans hold the Senate & win……

由前奥巴马政府于2010年生效的《平价医疗法案》（Affordable Care Act, ACA），又称“奥巴马健保”（Obamacare），是前总统奥巴马任内的重要健保改革。川普和共和党人认为该法案有很大的缺陷，包括人们可选择的保险商减少、保费上涨、不利于保险业内竞争，以及让消费者受损。
对于美国多数低收入参加医保的人来说，奥巴马医保的联邦补贴使得医保费用变得便宜实惠。而对于许多中产阶级的美国人来说，昂贵的保费和自付额意味着他们仍然无法承担医疗保险费用。因此早在2016年总统大选时，川普已将废除该医保法案列入政见。
