【新唐人2014年06月13日訊】中共中央對外聯絡部日前宣佈，中央政治局常委劉雲山，將於6月中旬出訪歐洲四國，引起各界關注。劉雲山在出任中共中央宣傳部期間，積極主導並配合中共「迫害法輪功」政策，眾多法輪功學員被中共當局迫害致傷、致殘、致死。11號，「追查迫害法輪功國際組織」發出通告，將劉雲山迫害法輪功的部分罪行公布於世，並對他立案追查。
公開資料顯示，現年67歲的中共中央政治局常委劉雲山，在1993年到2002年間，擔任中央宣傳部副部長，1997年起兼任中央「文明辦」主任，2002年到2012年十年間，擔任中央宣傳部部長。
6月11號，「追查迫害法輪功國際組織」發出通告，通告說，自1999年7月，前中共黨魁江澤民開始對法輪功學員實施「群體滅絕性迫害」政策以來，劉雲山緊跟「江氏集團」，利用掌控的宣傳機器，用謊言詆譭法輪功，在中國大陸以及國際社會煽動對法輪功的仇恨，使得「江氏集團」的迫害政策得以實施。
通告列舉了劉雲山煽動民眾，污衊法輪功，加劇迫害的部分罪證。如1999年8月6號，劉雲山以「中宣部」副部長和中央「文明辦」主任的身份，出席「批判」法輪功座談會，他要求「深入揭批」法輪功。
法輪功發言人張而平：「他在任期間主持了很多專門迫害法輪功的所謂宣傳會議，而且對法輪功進行了各種各樣的詆譭，就像文革式的那種，進行洗腦詆譭，在中國的學校和各個部門進行洗腦性質的詆譭。實際上是參與了群體滅絕罪，也是反人類的罪，與納粹戰犯其實犯了同樣的罪行。」
1999年12月9號，江澤民致信全國「科普工作會議」，命令科普工作者打著科學旗號，打擊法輪功。劉雲山等人在隨後召開的「科普工作會議」上，傳達了這封信的內容，抨擊法輪功。
2001年2月，中組部、中宣部、中央政法委、公安部、國務院防範和處理邪教問題辦公室，也就是「610辦公室」等單位，聯合舉行所謂同「法輪功」鬥爭事跡的報告會。3000多人出席，劉雲山主持報告會，大肆宣講、煽動到會者與法輪功鬥爭。
隨後的7月，中宣部再次聯合相關單位舉辦詆譭法輪功的圖片展覽。劉雲山在開幕式上宣揚馬克思主義唯物論、及無神論，並要求圖片展覽「在全國各地複製展出」。
到了2004年1月，劉雲山把非法收繳的法輪功宣傳品，說成是「堅決打擊敵對勢力的滲透活動」。2010年1月，劉雲山以「傳播中國文化」為由，把迫害法輪功政策對海外滲透。
「追查國際」負責人汪志遠：「他極力追隨江澤民的迫害政策，操縱著中共的宣傳機構，對法輪功進行極力的詆譭、污衊、抹黑。無數的法輪功學員被非法綁架、無罪判刑、關押、酷刑折磨，造成眾多法輪功學員致傷、致殘、致死，甚至大量法輪功學員被活體摘取器官，這一切都和中共這幾年的污衊宣傳、造謠宣傳有直接關係，而劉雲山就是直接掌控這個宣傳機構的主要負責人。」
「追查迫害法輪功國際組織」負責人汪志遠表示，要讓全世界知道，劉雲山是犯下「群體滅絕罪」的罪犯，同時也要告誡劉雲山，他所犯的罪行，全部被記錄在案，無論時日長短，將被追查到底。
汪志遠：「我們也呼籲全世界民眾，包括中國大陸民眾，向我們舉報劉雲山迫害法輪功的罪惡，藉此機會也告誡一切參與迫害法輪功的人們，迫害法輪功是群體滅絕罪、反人類罪，一切執行命令的託詞，都不可能作為豁免的理由。唯一的出路就是停止迫害，坦白交代自己所犯罪行，收集他人迫害法輪功的罪惡與證據，向追查國際舉報，爭取立功贖罪。」
「追查迫害法輪功國際組織」成立於2003年1月20號，除了對涉嫌參與迫害法輪功犯罪的機構、組織和個人發出通告，也針對天安門廣場自焚偽案、活摘法輪功學員器官、「610辦公室」、中共喉舌媒體、「中共反邪教協會」等進行調查，併發表調查報告。

Liu Yunshan’s Crimes Exposed While Visiting Europe
It is widely known that Liu Yunshan
member of the ChineseCommunist Party (CCP)
Standing Committee will visit four countries in Europe in
mid-June.
During his tenure in the Propaganda Department,
he actively led and coordinated the persecution of Falun Gong.
The persecution caused countless numbers of Falun Gong
practitioners injury, disability or death.
On June 11, World Organization to Investigate the Persecution
of Falun Gong (WOIPFG) issued a notice.
announcing an investigation into Liu’s crimes against
Falun Gong, exposing him publicly.
It is known that Liu Yunshan, age 67, served
as deputy minister of Propaganda from 1993 to 2002.
Since 1997, he also held the post of director in
the Office of Civilization of the Central Committee (OCCC).
From 2002 to 2012, he was minister of Propaganda.
WOIPFG states that in July 1999, Jiang Zemin,
former CCP leader started the genocidal persecution
of Falun Gong.
Liu Yunshan closely followed Jiang’s policy and
used the propaganda machine to slander Falun Gong,
and stir up hatred against Falun Gong at home and abroad,
paving the path for Jiang to intensify the persecution.
WOIPFG lists some evidence of Liu inciting
hatred and slandering Falun Gong.
For example, on Aug 6, 1999, Liu attended
a forum specifically to slander Falun Gong,
and requested the audience to “further expose and
criticize” Falun Gong.
Zhang Erping, spokesman of Falun Gong: “He chaired many
propaganda meetings to discuss the persecution of Falun Gong.
He slandered Falun Gong by all means.
It seemed like a Cultural Revolution style brainwashing
in all schools and companies to defame Falun Gong,
He actually participated in the crime of genocide
and crimes against humanity.
He committed crimes similar to the Nazi war criminals.”
On Dec. 9, 1999, Jiang Zemin wrote a letter to the National
Conference of Science and Technology Popularization (NCSTP).
The letter demanded that those in science and technology
attack Falun Gong in the name of science.
Liu Yunshan echoed the content of the letter in speeches
during NCSTP denouncing Falun Gong.
In February 2001, Central Organization Department,
Propaganda Department, Political & Legal Affairs Committee,
Ministry of Public Security, and the Office to Prevent and
Handle Cult Issues (610 Office) and more jointly
held an award meeting in the struggle against Falun Gong.
More than 3,000 people attended the meeting.
Liu chaired the meeting and vigorously preached
to the attendees to fight against Falun Gong.
In July 2001, the Propaganda Department with other units
jointly arranged a photo exhibition to defame Falun Gong.
Liu spoke at the opening ceremony of the exhibition,
advocating Marxist theory of materialism and atheism and
requiring the exhibition to be duplicated nationwide.
In January 2010, Liu Yunshan called the illegal confiscation
of Falun Gong materials a “firm attack on the penetration
of the hostile forces.”
In January 2010, Liu Yunshan used the excuse of “spreading
Chinese culture” to spread the persecution overseas.
Wang Zhiyuan, director of WOIPFG: “He (Liu Yunshan)
followed Jiang Zeming’s persecution policy, controlling
the Propaganda Department to actively slander Falun Gong.
Countless numbers of Falun Gong practitioners were
illegally arrested, sentenced, detained and brutally tortured,
causing massive injuries, disabilities and deaths.
Large numbers of Falun Gong practitioners were killed through
live harvesting of their organs.
All these were directly related to years of slandering
of Falun Gong, Liu is mainly responsible as he directly
administered the propaganda department.”
Wang Zhiyuan says that the world should know
Liu is a genocidal criminal.
Wang warns Liu Yunshan that all crimes he committed
have been noted.
No matter how long it takes or how far the search goes,
investigation will bring full disclosure.
Wang Zhiyuan: “We call on the international community
including people in Mainland China who possess evidence of
Liu Yunshan’s participation in the persecution, to contact WOIPFG.
We also warn those who participated in the persecution
that they committed crimes of genocide and crimes against humanity.
All excuses of “have to follow orders” won’t bring immunity.
To stop persecution is the only way to survive,
to confess your crimes, to collect evidence of other persecutors’ crimes,
andto contact WOIPFG, is the only to reduce your sin.”
WOIPFG, established in January 20 2003, apart from issuing
notices of the criminal conduct of all institutions,
organizations and individuals involved in the persecution
of Falun Gong,
also published a report on the Tiananmen
self-immolation—“false fire” that defamed Falun Gong,
on live organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners,
on the 610 Office, the CCP’s mouthpiece media, and on the Office to
Prevent and Handle Cult Issues.
