【新唐人2013年05月01日訊】針對這次雅安發生大地震，大陸各地的紅十字會都出動志願者在街頭進行募捐，但遭到不少民眾抵觸，外界質疑善款使用方式有弊端。繼「郭美美炫富事件」後，日前中國藝術家方力鈞爆料指出，五年前汶川地震時，百名藝術家合力捐了8千多萬人民幣，至今災區仍未收到款項，善款不知所終。
30號，中共喉舌《人民日報》報導，全中國有115家基金會參與蘆山地震救災募捐，共募集善款和物資10.49億元人民幣。其中，中國紅十字會系統收到社會捐贈款物5.66多億元，佔比達53%以上。報導指出，這說明中國紅十字會儘管遭遇信任危機，但是在社會上仍然有相當高的信任度，網路輿情與現實民意之間，有著巨大的差異。
原《河北人民廣播電臺》編輯朱欣欣：「隱瞞不了了就想方設法製造假象來扭曲事情真相，或者找種種藉口來推卸責任。那《人民日報》呢，更不能代表民意了，對不對？自己公開承認這些官方媒體就是共產黨的喉舌，他的話更不能代表民意了，對吧？他這種說法本身就沒有公信力，另外甚麼叫民意？這民意不是說某一種觀點就代表所有的民意。」
另外，中國藝術家方力鈞在微博透露，「2008年汶川地震，一百多名藝術家義拍8千多萬元，定向捐給青城山市，所有工作公開進行。但時至今日，青城山沒收到，善款不知所終。」
於是，中國紅十字會網站在29號晚間公布，「關於百名藝術家捐款使用情況的說明」。說明指出，紅會科學合理使用100多位藝術家的捐款於「博愛家園」項目建設。
據了解，「博愛家園」項目執行董事，正是送郭美美二百萬豪車的「乾爹」王軍，時任「中紅博愛」董事﹔同時也是郭美美曾在網上自爆涉足的項目。
根據「百度百科」介紹，「中紅博愛資產管理有限公司」成立於2008年，是全國性的控股投資集團，是「中國紅十字會的關係企業」，主要業務是關於紅十字會相關公益，服務專案的投資、運營和管理。
30號，中共喉舌緊急替中國紅十字會闢謠，但網友還是不相信。網友建議，紅十字會應該改名為「黑十字會」。
對此，中國紅十字會常務副會長趙白鴿表示，如果兩、三年內仍無法洗脫「黑十字」形象，她就辭職。她宣稱，這次地震募集到的5億多人民幣財物，保證交代清楚去向。
儘管信用破產，蘆山地震最新捐款情況，中紅會還是獲得外界捐款超過5億。有網友說：學校逼捐，不捐得罪老師；單位逼捐，否則年終評比評不上。甚至有不被知會自動扣人工的「被捐款」。
大陸知名博客作家劉逸明：「第一，是因為很多捐款是官方組織的，帶有一定的強制性，比如各種官方機構還有學校最近都被迫向紅十字會捐款，就是希望通過這來緩解紅十字會的信譽危機。另外就是有一部分民眾，他們不會上網，他們不知道網路上的輿情，對紅十字會是甚麼態度，所以他們還是跟以往一樣，認為紅十字會作為一個比較有權威的官方機構，是值得信任的，在這種情況下他們還是會繼續向紅十字會捐款。」
有一名「天津外國語大學」學生(傅鏡殊)在微博說：今天在學校裏被逼捐了，而且據說捐款是流向紅十字會的。而「西北工業大學」的學生（網名兜千金）則表示：被逼捐了啊！我想自己捐給需要的人，不想給美美們買包包！
對於中國紅十字會公布要重新展開調查「郭美美事件」，網友質疑，是不是紅會想要轉移焦點？
不過，郭美美也在網上放出威脅，要「爆大鑊」，她要將手中掌握的紅會負責人性愛短片曬到網上，讓中國紅會從此遺臭萬年。

Will 500 million funds raised help China’s Red Cross?
After the Ya’an earthquake, the Red Cross chapters across
Mainland dispatched volunteers on the streets to raise money.
However, they have run into difficulty with the public.
Observers question their methods of appropriating
the donations.
Following the scandalous Guo Meimei incident,
80 some million yuan was raised by over 100 artists
to help the Wenchuan earthquake five years ago.
So far, the disaster areas have not received the money,
and no one knows the whereabouts of the donations.
On April 30th, the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP)
mouthpiece, People’s Daily, reported that 1.049 billion yuan
has been raised for Lushan earthquake relief funds,
including 566 million yuan from the Red Cross.
The report pointed out that the Red Cross has contributed
53% of the total donations, indicating that they still have quite a bit of credibility in the community.
It also said that there is a huge difference between
the public opinion on the Internet and reality.
Zhu Xinxin, former editor of Hebei People’s Radio: “When
they cannot hide the truth, they find a way to distort the truth,
making excuses to shirk their responsibility.
People’s Daily does not represent the people, right?
It openly admits that they are the official media
and the mouthpiece of the CCP.
How can it represent the public?
Its remarks lack credibility.
Besides, you cannot take a particular point of view
on behalf of opinions of all the people."
The Chinese artist Fang Lijun revealed on his microblog,
“After the 2008 earthquake, more than a hundred artists donated
more than 80 million yuan to Qingcheng Mountain City.
All the works were open to the public, but today,
Qingcheng Mountain has not received the donations.”
Thus, on the evening of April 29th, the Red Cross website
announced that they used the donations from the artists for another project called “fraternity homes.”
It is understood that Wang Jun, the executive director
of the fraternity homes, is the godfather of Guo Meimei.
Wang gave Guo a luxury car costing 2 million yuan.
Guo openly disclosed her involvement on the Internet.
Wang Jun was also the director of China Fraternity Asset
Management Co., Ltd at that time.
According to Baidu Encyclopedia, China Fraternity
Asset Management Co., Ltd. was established in 2008.
It is the national investment holding group,
and the affiliate of China’s Red Cross.
It focuses on the public welfare, service project investment,
operation and management of the China Red Cross.
On April 30th, the People’s Daily urgently defended
the Red Cross. But, netizens still refuse to believe.
They suggested that the Red Cross should be re-named
the “Black Cross.”
In this regard, Zhao Beige, executive vice president
of the Red Cross, said that if the Red Cross cannot elute
the image of the Black Cross within two to three years,
she will step down.
She also assured the public that there would be a clear
explanation of 500 million yuan donations for this earthquake.
Although the Red Cross lacks credibility, it has collected
more than 500 million yuan for the Lushan earthquake.
Netizens say they were forced to donate.
Teachers forced students to donated in schools.
Students are afraid to offend their teachers
and have no choice.
In work units, people are forced to donate
or their year-end appraisal may suffer.
In some places, donations will be automatically
deducted from one’s salary without notice.
Liu Yiming, well-known Mainland blog writer: “First, many
donations were organized by officials and are somewhat forceful.
Work units and students most recently were forced to donate
to the Red Cross. They did it to ease the Red Cross credibility crisis.
A portion of the public does not know how to get online
and have no idea of the public attitude on the Internet.
They still think that the Red Cross is a more authoritative
organization and is worthy of trust.
Thus, they will continue to donate to the Red Cross."
A college student from Tianjin Foreign Studies University
said on his blog: “I was forced to donate today and donations are going to the Red Cross.”
Another student from Northwestern Polytechnical University
said on his blog: “I was forced to donate at school today.
I want to donate to people in need, and don’t want to donate
to Guo Meimei’s hand bag.
Regarding the Red Cross announcement of the re-opening
of the Guo Meimei investigation, netizens question whether it is a trick to shift focus.
However, Guo Meimei also released online threats saying
she would reveal the sex video of the director online so the Red Cross will be notorious for ten thousand years.
