【新唐人2012年5月17日訊】山東盲人維權人士陳光誠逃脫後，整個東師古村並沒有因為陳光誠一家不在了而放鬆所謂的「維穩」。日前，《紐約時報》有記者試圖訪問陳光誠在「東師古」的家，遭到了身穿運動服和其他便衣的警衛粗魯驅趕。目前雖然有消息說，中共政法委書記周永康已經交權。但法學界人士認為，在中國，像陳光誠這樣的案子成千上萬，要想改變他們的命運，必須清除以周永康為首的那套系統。
陳光誠目前在北京「朝陽醫院」等候赴美護照。5月13號《紐約時報》有記者試圖訪問陳光誠在東師古的家時，被身穿運動服和其他便衣的警衛迅速而粗魯的趕了出去。後來，在沂南，一名男子襲擊了一名正在拍攝記者問話的攝影師。
陳光誠成功出逃美使館後，陳光誠的母親目前依然被當局派人看管，與外界完全隔絕。陳光誠的侄子陳克貴因為自衛，用刀砍了闖入他家並毆打他的便衣警察後，也被當局以「故意殺人罪」逮捕；他的嫂子被以「窩藏刑事犯」，刑事拘留後「取保候審」。那些試圖為陳克貴辯護的律師被撤銷律師執照和警告。
大陸律師李向陽表示，中國現在處在一個紅色恐怖之下，很多民眾都身在危險之中。
李向陽：「其實比陳光誠還要慘的人在中國多的多，像陳光誠被軟禁，被限制人身自由的可以說是成千上萬的。」
5月9號，青島訪民林秀麗在北京南站突破警戒線，把上訪材料交給中共總理溫家寶，本以為多年的訴求終於有望解決了。誰料，她被北京警方控制後，交給青島駐京辦押回當地，青島當局限制她的人身自由，並多次想為她做精神病鑑定。目前林秀麗已經與外界失去聯繫。
河南訪民胡醒愛：「如果她的電話打不通，可能第一就被關起來了，第二就是被送進精神病院去了，絕對不可能自由。因為之前她給我打過電話，還給我發過簡訊。」
胡醒愛表示，以周永康為首的政法系統就是欺壓百姓，老百姓沒有伸冤的地方。
李向陽解釋，公檢法本來辦案應該是獨立的，但公檢法卻納入了政法委系統，並且地方政法委書記往往就是當地公安局局長兼任，那麼司法權利就被政法委徹底獨當，因此，在中國，司法根本沒有公正可言。
李向陽：「就是因為政法委的存在，中國才沒有法制可言，中國要想真正的改革，必須要先取締這個政法委。」
臨沂市政府一位不便透露姓名的主要官員日前透露，迫害陳光誠的元兇正是中共政法委書記周永康。去年11月底，周永康親赴臨沂，召集由臨沂市政府和公安各相關部門主要領導參加的會議，親自部署對陳光誠及網友探訪的監控和打壓，並要求以後要像對待「法輪功」一樣，嚴懲所有探訪陳光誠的網友。
李向陽：「周永康可以說受到全國人的那種辱罵，假如有一天要實行法治民主的話，我相信像周永康這樣，走在最前頭迫害民主人士，迫害一些社會團體，他這樣的罪大惡極的罪魁禍首，會被人民撕成碎片。」
英國《金融時報》報導，至少有三名中共高層人士披露，中共政法委書記、政治局常委周永康目前已經把權力全面移交給中共公安部長孟建柱，周永康已經失勢。
不過，李向陽最後表示，周永康只是中共利益集團的一個代表，胡溫要改革，必須解體中共。

Foreign Media: If stability Maintenance Efforts do not end, It’s hard to change Chen Guangcheng’s Fate
After the escape of Shandong human rights activist Chen Guangcheng, Chen’s hometown Dongshigu village did not relax the “stability maintenance" efforts around Chen’s home. Recently, a New York Times reporter tried to visit Chen
Guangcheng’s home in Dongshigu village, but was violently chased out by plainclothes police. While there are rumors saying that the CCP Secretary of
Political and Legislative Affairs Committee (PLAC) Zhou Yongkang has already been handed over to authorities, but legal professionals believe that there are tens of thousands of cases like Chen Guangcheng, to change all of their fates, the system established by Zhou Yongkang must first be eliminated.
Chen Guangcheng is currently at the Chaoyang Hospital in Beijing waiting for his passport. On 13th May, a New York Times reporter tried to visit Chen’s home in Dongshigu village, but was violently chased away by plainclothes police. Later, a cameraman was attacked while filming the reporter at yinan.
While Chen Guangcheng successfully escaped to the U.S embassy, Chen’s mother was still under house arrest by the regime, completely isolated from the outside. For self-defense, Chen’s nephew Chen Kegui stabbed plainclothes police who broke into his home. Chen Kegui was charged with “intentional murder” and
his mother was charged with “Harboring a criminal offender.” Lawyers who tried to defend Chen Kegui were threatened and lost their license to practice law.
Mainland lawyer Li Xiangyang expressed, China is currently living under red terror, many people’s lives are in danger.
Li Xiangyang: “Many people in China are suffering much more than Chen Guangcheng, there were tens of thousands like Chen Guangcheng with their freedom being restricted."
On 9th May, Qingdao petitioner Lin Xiuli broke through a police blockade at the Beijing South Train Station and delivered material describing her grievances to
the CCP Premier Wen Jiabao. She thought her grievances were finally resolved, but unexpectedly, she was taken into custody by Beijing police to Qingdao Government office in Beijing. The Qingdao authority restricted her personal freedom and tried to brand her as mentally insane. Currently, Lin Xiuli has lost all contact with the outside world.
Hebei petitioner Hu Xingai: “If she doesn’t answer her phone, she might be locked up, or she has been taken to a mental hospital; it’s impossible for her to be free. A while ago, she called me and sent me text messages.”
Hu Xingai expressed, the PLAC under Zhou Yongkang always oppresses the people; common citizens have no place to seek help.
Li Xiangyang explained, the police and legal system are supposed to be independent, but the PLAC interferes with the police and legal system, many local secretaries of the PLAC are also the chief of police. This way, the PLAC controls the entire legal system, for this reason, legal justice does not exist in mainland China.
Li Xiangyang:"Due to the existence of the PLAC, rule of law does not exist in China. If China really wants to reform, then the PLAC must first be removed."
An anonymous Linyi municipal government official exposed, the main culprit behind the persecution of Chen Guangcheng being Secretary of PLAC Zhou Yongkang.
Around the end of last November, Zhou Yongkang personally came to Linyi and
had a meeting with major officials in the Linyin government and police department. He personally made arrangements regarding monitoring and suppression of netizens trying to visit Chen. He requested that netizens trying to visit Chen Guangcheng will be dealt with like “Falun Gong."
Li Xiangyang: “Zhou Yongkang is hated and cursed by the entire country. If one day the rule of law and democracy happens, then those like Zhou Yongkang who persecute democratic activists and social organizations, an evil main culprit like him will be torn into pieces by the citizens."
The British Financial Times reported, at least three CCP high level officials exposed that CCP Secretary of the PLAC and Politburo Standing Committee
member Zhou Yongkang has already been transferred his authority to CCP Public Security Minister Meng Jianzhu. Zhou Yongkang and has already lost his influence.
However, Li Xiangyang expressed, Zhou Yongkang is only a representative of the CCP , if Hu and Wen want to reform, then they must disintegrate the entire CCP.
