【新唐人2011年10月4日訊】中國遼寧省是迫害法輪功最嚴重的地區之一，據不完全統計，至今已有4百多名法輪功學員被迫害致死。遼寧省會瀋陽市以馬三家勞教所、張士勞動教養院最為臭名昭著。然而，善惡有報、天理昭昭，以迫害至今仍然嚴重的瀋陽市康平縣為例，主導迫害的黨官們頻頻遭到惡報的下場。
《追查迫害法輪功國際組織》今年6月發佈追查通告，對瀋陽市康平縣政法委書記劉景山、康平縣公安局長王天明、瀋陽市公安局長許文有等人立案追查。
6月1號，在劉景山與瀋陽市公安局指揮下，康平縣公安局對法輪功學員進行了一系列的瘋狂迫害行動，導致七名學員被非法拘捕，四名學員被騷擾，一名學員被迫流離失所，大量的電腦、打印機、法輪功書籍和資料等私人財產被抄家搶劫。
參與這次行動和涉案的有康平縣小城子鎮派出所所長趙洪江、指導員姚立軍、警員劉蘭田、張東明，勝利鄉派出所所長戴永勝、教導員宋洪波，鎮北派出所所長劉春雨，開發區派出所所長劉慧權等人。
6月1號當晚，鎮北派出所4名警察，拿著電子發射器對法輪功學員李滿新家進行了非法搜查。9月21號早晨6點左右，建設街委和鎮北派出所警察7、8個人，再次到李滿新家翻箱倒櫃無證搜查，把牆上貼的「法輪大法好」福字摘走。
李滿新曾被非法勞教於瀋陽市張士勞動教養院。為逼迫法輪功學員放棄「真、善、忍」信仰，張士教養院一度盛行使用「十八蒙」酷刑進行所謂的「轉化」。
陳松(瀋陽法輪功學員)：「中共政府鎮壓法輪功，不惜用巨額資金，拉攏腐蝕警察、還有610辦公室，他們就是要我們放棄信仰，以掛靠獎金為名，他採取手段非常邪惡。」
2002年4月25號，李效元、王進民、陳松、張振武、李滿新等多名法輪功學員，拒穿號服和奴工勞動，同時聲明修煉法輪功無罪，要求還大法清白。張士教養院在院長程殿坤的指使下成立了迫害小組。
四大隊長楊樹和一幫犯人用12萬伏電棍電擊王進民、李效元，並且圍毆、狠踢他們的頭部、大腿根部等處。李效元於2003年11月9號在那裏被迫害致死。
5月7號，三大隊教導員高廣臣、大隊長王勇帶領幾名犯人把陳松、張振武的衣服扒光，手戴上背銬，用20多根電棍電了他倆一上午。5月9號又對李滿新施行了電擊。2002年冬天，陳松、張振武、李滿新等學員被關進牆上掛滿白霜的「冷凍房」面壁而立。
陳松：「我也遭過他用電棍電，強制轉化，其實也是遭受他讓我們到那個『冷凍房』，他所謂的『冷凍房』，就是冬天比較沒有溫度的房間讓我們在裡面壁站著，進行體罰迫害，還有就是用不讓睡覺進行迫害，讓你精神上崩潰，讓你放棄修煉。」
《追查國際》先後對原康平縣委書記鄧福林、原縣長徐鳳翔、原政法委書記李興文、原公安局長牟國明等人，發佈了追查通告。
另一方面，遼寧省及康平縣迫害法輪功的黨官們連連遭到報應。遼寧省政法委副書記、610頭子朱錦遭惡報，殃及兒子暴病身亡。去年11月，42歲的康平縣長趙連渤突發心梗死亡。
去年1月，瀋陽市公安局指揮中心副主任劉效明，從8樓墜下當場身亡。劉效明任康平縣、法庫縣公安局長期間，積極迫害法輪功，眾多法輪功學員被綁架、拘留、勞教、判刑。
還有原康平縣委副書記田柏祥因迫害法輪功，殃及兒子離奇車禍死亡；原康平縣公安局長張軍被撤職、兒子車禍；原康平縣小城子鎮黨委副書記李洪濤突發心臟病死亡；原康平縣法官範斌在誣判法輪功學員後一個月，自己便鋃鐺入獄成了階下囚。等等。
《明慧網》奉勸中共公檢法等官員，不要昧著良心幹壞事，趕緊懸崖勒馬，立即釋放被關押的法輪功學員。否則，惡報臨頭時，後悔已經晚了！

Officials Face Retributions For Falun Gong?
Liaoning is one of the provinces in China, where
persecution of Falun Gong (Falun Dafa) is the most severe.
According to statistics, over 400 Falun Gong practitioners
have been persecuted to death in Liaoning.
Masanjia and Zhangshi Forced Labor Camps
in Shenyang City are among the most notorious institutions,
known for persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. However,
as the saying goes, good is rewarded, evil receives retribution.
Many Chinese officials of Kangping County, Shenyang City,
involved in the persecution, seem to meet with retributions.
The World Organization to Investigate the Persecution
of Falun Gong (WOIPFG) released a report in June,
requesting to investigate Liu Jingshan, the secretary
of the Political and Legal Committee of Kangping County,
Wang Tianming, head of the Kangping County police
and Xu Wenyou, head of the Shenyang City police.
On June 1, Liu and Shenyang City police illegally arrested
seven Falun Gong practitioners. Four others were harassed.
One was forced out on the streets, homeless. Many computers,
printers, Falun Gong books and materials were confiscated.
Involved in this arrests are police staff from Xiaochengzi
and Shengli Counties, Zhenbei and the Kaifa District.
On the night of June 1, four policemen from Zhenbei police
illegally searched Falun Gong practitioner Li Manxin』s home.
At 6am of September 21, the street committee and staff
of Zhenbei Police Station again illegally searched Li』s home.
In the process they also ripped off there a banner,
displaying the words “Falun Dafa is Good.”
Li had previously been sent to Zhangshi Forced Labor Camp.
The forced labor camps use various torture methods
to force Falun Gong practitioners to give up their belief
in “Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance”.
Chen Song (Falun Gong Practitioner in Shenyang City):
“The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) spends huge amounts
of money to persecute Falun Gong practitioners.
In order to lure police and Office 610 agents to help them,
the CCP awards them with money if they could force us
to give up our belief. The methods used are very evil.”
On April 25, 2002, several Falun Gong practitioners including
Li Manxin refused to wear prisoners』 clothes and do slavery.
They declared that practicing Falun Gong is innocent
and demanded the good name of Falun Gong to be restored.
Zhangshi Forced Labor Camp』s head, Cheng Diankun
ordered to form a special group to persecute Falun Gong.
Yang Shu, the Fourth Squad captain, and a group of inmates
used 120,000-volt electric batons
in the torture process of practitioners Wang Jinmin
and Li Xiaoyuan. They kicked their heads and bodies.
Li Xiaoyuan was persecuted to death on November 9, 2003.
On May 7, Gao Guangchen, a trainer of the Third Squad
and Wang Yong, the captain of the squad,
led several inmates to strip off the clothes of Falun Gong
practitioners Chen Song and Zhang Zhenwu.
They handcuffed and applied on them over 20 electric shocks.
On May 9, they again used electric shocks on Li Manxin.
In the winter of 2002, practitioners Chen Song, Li Manxin
and Zhang Chenwu were locked into a frosty cold room.
Chen Song: “I was tortured with electric batons.
He forced us to stand in the ice-cold room.
The so-called 『cold room』 is a room with freezing temperature.
He forced us to stand facing the wall as a form of punishment.
They also did not allow us to sleep, as to force us
to mentally collapse and give up the practice.”
WOIPFG previously issued a notice to investigate
Deng Fulin, former CCP secretary of Kangping County,
Xu Fengxiang, former Mayor of Kangping,
Li Xingwen, former Political and Legal Committee Secretary,
and Mou Guoming, former chief of Police.
Besides, Chinese officials involved in the persecution
of Falun Gong seem to be receiving retributions too.
The son of Zhu Jin, Vice Secretary of the Political and Legal
Committee of Liaoning Province, and head of the 610 office,
died of a sudden illness. Last November, 42-years old Mayor
of Kangping County, Zhao Lianbo died suddenly too.
Last January, Liu Xiaoming, the vice head of Shenyang City
Police』 Command Center died after falling from the 8th floor.
When Liu was the acting chief of the County Police Station,
he was actively involved in the persecution of Falun Gong.
Many Falun Gong practitioners were kidnapped, detained,
sent to forced labor camps and sentenced to jail, as a result.
The son of Tian Boxiang, former deputy secretary of CCP
in Kangping County, died in a car accident.
Zhang Jun, former chief of Kangping County Police Station,
was fired from his job. His son had a car accident.
Li Hongtao, former deputy secretary of the CCP
in Xiaochengzi Town died of a sudden heart attack.
Fan Bin, former Judge of Kangping County was sentenced
to prison one month after framing Falun Gong practitioner.
The Clearwisdom website advises the Chinese officials
to immediately stop persecuting Falun Gong practitioners
and release the detained Falun Gong adherents by CCP,
as to avoid retributions and other regrets in the future.
